Great video except for the part where you support the W.H.O. and call them a trusted source. While it may be true that it is a trusted source, it shouldn't be because it is spreading misinformation just as bad as our corrupt media outlets. They have reported that the city this virus was born in is free from infection right now to the world and that is completely false for one and they also downplayed the virus in the first place which lead to our elected officials making bad decisions as well as many other reasons if you investigate them.

Doctor Mike, really enjoy your content and I’m thankful that you’re correcting misinformation. Can you please expand on the viral video you spoke about and let us know if we need to disinfect non vegetable items that come in plastic packaging or cardboard boxes? Can you also let us know what we need to do when we come home from grocery store or when spouses that are essential come home from work, need to do to prevent spread to family members? I know washing hands is the biggest thing but wanted to know if we need to do more than that.

Dr. Mike, should I as a food employee wear gloves while handling the food if I never come into contact with customers and am washing my hands regularly (any time I come into contact with something other employees have touched)? Customers are complaining if I don’t wear gloves, but I’m mildly allergic, and the cracks in my hands from washing make it so much worse.

Want to correct something. Popcorn lung is not caused by Propylene Glycol. It's caused by diacetyl. Diacetyl used to be present in some vape flavorings but it's been largely eliminated. I also would say that those studies on smoking cessation are usually biased. Wall St. Journal is very corporatist and they want to protect Big Pharma who make billions on their smoking cessation products.

Doctor Mike, I would like to know what evidence we have that suggests that SARS-Cov-2 can be transmitted when a patient is asymptomatic (ie. the incubation phase). I have heard some criticism about the NEJM article (published in early March), which suggested that this was the case, as it apparently turned out that some of these patients did have symptoms when they were reportedly "asymptomatic". Also, as someone who lives in Sweden (where policy regarding Covid-19 is quite a bit contrary to what's being implemented elsewhere), I have an interest in actually knowing what the data surrounding this is. While most others seem to say that the virus can be transmitted from asymptomatic patients, Sweden's Public Health Agency, for the most part, suggests otherwise: "Available data shows that the coronavirus spreads when patients are ill with symptoms and around the time of falling ill. From what we know now, transmission does not seem to occur during the incubation period, i.e. the time between contracting the virus and developing symptoms. Those that have been exposed to COVID-19 should pay attention to any early signs of illness. Our stance is based on the following: 1. There are robust scientific studies from the coronavirus that cause the disease SARS, which spread around the world in 2003. Evaluations of that outbreak show that the SARS-coronavirus does not transmit at all during the incubation period. Among all currently known viral diseases, transmission during the incubation period is very uncommon. Many viruses spread around the time that a patient develops symptoms. There is reason to believe that this applies also to this new coronavirus. 2. Many cases of the ongoing outbreak have been identified, but none of them have confirmed transmission during the incubation period." They also state that: "There is international consensus that the disease spreads via people that have symptoms of illness. Symptoms like cough, sneezing or a runny nose means that droplets that contain the virus spread in the air and may transmit the disease to people nearby. Some of those that are ill with COVID-19 only experience mild symptoms, especially in the beginning. Therefore it is important to be aware that the disease can spread from someone that has a mild cough and does not feel ill. " Though they do finally indicate that: "At the time of falling ill, but before symptoms have developed, there is a theoretical risk of transmission via close and intimate contact between people. A few cases are said to have contracted COVID-19 from someone that had not yet developed any symptoms of illness."

For April 12 we don’t have the numbers, as in we don’t know the maximum. But we do know the minimum people that have it, ie every confirmed test. Even if the minimum if accurate, you can easily project how many we’ll have in two weeks given our current infection rate. It absolutely is projectable, and we’re nowhere close to stopping

If the virus can only survive a couple of hours or days on a surfaces. Why can't we reuse a mask after leaving it for a week or two in a contained bag or box... I'm sure there is a reason why we cant, but I couldn't find anything online about that. A interesting study looking at how to reuse masks is for example this : "Evaluation of Five Decontamination Methods for Filtering Face piece Respirators". There they say using UV light might be an effective method. I would think having it exposed for a week or two to the sun would deactivate the virus and wouldn't effect its structural and electrostatic charge Could you give any insight?

Everyone, at least in government, will mention vaccine at some point everyday. I don’t understand how a vaccine will be useful if 80%, a number the US government is using, of the population will be infected by this virus. Most doctors Iv heard in the news agree that a natural immunity is true. So with that in mind a small 20% of people would theoretically benefit from this vaccine once everything is said and done. Wouldn’t it be more effective to use those resources instead for a vaccine but for something like an antiviral medication? I’m sure I’m missing something but that’s what an non medical prospective looks like.
